Samuel S. Fels Fund is seeking a President to lead our organization’s work advancing social, racial, and economic justice with a strong emphasis on centering racial equity and supporting movements for justice in Philadelphia.

The President will collaborate with the Board, staff, and grantee partners to steward a renewed grantmaking and programmatic focus centered on movement-building and alignment with the Fund’s values.

• Collaborate closely with the Board, staff, and grantee partners to steward new grantmaking and programmatic focus.
• Lead a lean, collaborative team and implement operational policies aligned with the organization’s vision and values.
• Actively engage with and learn from others in the space, fostering collaborations that amplify impact and drive innovation.
