Founded in 1970 and located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union helps more than 15,000 members across six Pennsylvania counties. It offers a full array of products and services, including digital banking, and manages $240 million in assets. AmeriChoice’s top priority is working together to empower its members’ financial well-being.

The Board of Directors (Board) at AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union is seeking a President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) due to its current CEO’s upcoming retirement. The Board of Directors is seeking a strategic and collaborative leader who can build upon AmeriChoice’s strong foundation while positioning the Credit Union for sustainable growth, increased efficiency, and long-term profitability.

The Board envisions the incoming CEO bringing collaborative leadership and a strategic growth plan to drive efficiency and profitability. It is important that the CEO continues to give back through charitable work and expand community involvement through outreach, business partnerships, and financial literacy initiatives.

The CEO will lead and support a talented executive leadership team, seek opportunities that attract, engage and retain members and drive lending. Providing a personalized service and building relationships are priorities, along with guiding the Credit Union through changes in a manner that honors its culture, supports its membership, and empowers the staff.

A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in progressively responsible leadership roles are required, a master's degree is preferred. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential
