The Board of Directors (Board) at AmeriChoice Federal Credit Union is seeking a President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) due to its current CEO's upcoming retirement. The Board of Directors is seeking a strategic and collaborative leader who can build upon AmeriChoice's strong foundation while positioning the Credit Union for sustainable growth, increased efficiency, and long-term profitability.

The Board envisions the incoming CEO bringing collaborative leadership and a strategic growth plan to drive efficiency and profitability. It is important that the CEO continues to give back through charitable work and expand community involvement through outreach, business partnerships, and financial literacy initiatives.

The CEO will lead and support a talented executive leadership team, seek opportunities that attract, engage and retain members and drive lending. Providing a personalized service and building relationships are priorities, along with guiding the Credit Union through changes in a manner that honors its culture, supports its membership, and empowers the staff.
