The Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking its next President & CEO — a visionary leader who will step into the shoes of a respected executive who has served this organization and community for over 33 years. About the Role

As President & CEO, you'll be the face of the Chamber — a connector, a strategist, and a champion for Westerville's business community. You'll lead a talented team, collaborate with a dedicated Board of Trustees, and drive initiatives that support our members, strengthen our economy, and elevate our city.

What You'll Do

- Lead the Chamber's strategic direction, operations, and culture
- Build and nurture relationships with business leaders, government officials, and community partners
- Grow and retain membership by delivering meaningful value and engagement
- Represent the voice of the business community at the local and state level
- Oversee budgeting, planning, and staff development with a focus on sustainability and impact

What We're Looking For

- A dynamic leader with 5–8 years of executive experience in business, nonprofit, or economic development
- A strong communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in the public eye
- A strategic thinker with a track record of building teams, managing budgets, and driving results
- Someone who understands how political, economic, and social forces shape business
- A person who loves Westerville — or is ready to fall in love with it

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, entrepreneurism, or a related field
- Deep understanding of chamber operations, economic development, or community leadership
