A leading financial institution in Indiana is seeking a Wealth Management Supervisor to oversee the leadership team and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance and extensive experience in wealth management to support growth and deliver exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, along with a commitment to fostering a talented workforce in alignment with compliance guidelines.
Oversee all Trust staff in compliance with state and federal regulation and company policies and established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Work within a team to ensure department goals are met and that clients receive exceptional service and sensible advice.
Supervise wealth management leadership team. Monitor risk management activities and ensure proper procedures are in place to mitigate risk of error or fraud. Manage financial budget and strategic plan completion.
Represent the Bank to both internal and external customers in a courteous, professional manner in face-to-face, written and telephone communications.Accountable for adherence to compliance standards including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), quality of documentation, timeliness and accuracy. Actively protect confidentiality of customer and account information. Demonstrate Horizon Bank's commitment to the communities we serve through involvement in local organizations and events.
