Qualifications

• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence methodologies is required.

• Contribute to long-term business planning, investment decisions and organizational development.
• Prepare to transition into the CEO position as part of a structured succession plan.

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly successful manufacturing business that has experienced exceptional growth, doubling revenue over the past two years.

Operating from multiple manufacturing facilities and serving a diverse customer base the organization has established itself as a trusted partner.

As part of a long-term succession plan, they are seeking a commercially driven leader who can learn the business, build upon its success, and ultimately transition into the CEO position following a structured handover period.

This is not a mandate for transformational change. The foundation is already in place. The objective is to identify an executive who can accelerate growth, enhance performance, support continuous improvement initiatives and preserve the culture that has been central to the company's success.
