Job summary

Parker University invites applications and nominations for its next President to provide strategic leadership and advance the Universitys mission, growth, and long-term success.

Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the President serves as Chief Executive Officer, leading academic excellence and student success, enrollment growth and financial sustainability, organizational effectiveness, fundraising and external partnerships, and Board relations.

Qualifications

• Doctorate required (Doctor of Chiropractic or other earned doctorate).
• 10+ years of progressive senior leadership experience.
• Higher education executive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide Parker University’s strategic direction and academic excellence.
• Oversee enrollment growth and financial sustainability.
• Lead fundraising, external partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain strong Board relations and external visibility.
