Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required and at least three years of library experience.
• Experience in a public, academic, or specialized library, museum, or archive is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train student employees in the Preservation Lab, manage work schedules and timesheets.
• Coordinate Preservation Lab spaces and equipment, ensuring accessibility and safety for staff and donors.
• Assess the condition of general collection items and recommend preservation services and treatments.
• Submit purchase orders and manage supplies, budget status, and reporting to the Preservation Librarian.
• Collaborate with Preservation staff and participate in events, meetings, and training.
