Maryland Nonprofits is seeking a data-driven Program Manager to support the Baltimore Green Space (BGS) Preservation and CMOS initiatives. You will work with the Preservation Manager to implement programming, provide technical and outreach support to site leaders, co-facilitate workshops, and help grow community engagement and preservation applications.

Reports to and works with the Preservation Manager to support the implementation of BGS Preservation and Green Space Support Programming. Serves an integral role in supporting our mission by providing technical, educational, and outreach support to site leaders, as well as by co-facilitating BGS workshops and events to increase outreach. Assists with providing ongoing support to preserved sites, coordinating technical assistance to unaffiliated sites, building forest and garden stewardship networks, and leading occasional service days. Works with the staff in meeting organizational goals to increase preservation applications from communities of color; increase neighborhood participation in community forest activities; and maintaining a network and accompanying database of community-managed open spaces (CMOS).

In addition, the ideal candidate will work collaboratively across the organization to manage data collection and accessibility related to CMOS. In this role, you will optimize database systems, enforce robust data governance, and ensure high data quality so the team can confidently utilize and rely on organizational information. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical data systems and organizational strategy to maximize the overall value of our information assets.

Salary and benefits are competitive for a non-profit organization. Salary is commensurate with education and experience, range between 45,000-50,000.
