Job summary

PulsePoint in Las Vegas is seeking a Preservation Architect to safeguard and restore historic buildings. You will conduct research, analyze historic materials, and develop preservation plans while guiding restoration projects to completion.

You will collaborate with clients, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and manage quality, schedules, and budgets for heritage projects. A degree in Architecture and 5+ years in preservation are required.

Job description

As a Preservation Architect you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in Las Vegas. Your main duties will include conducting research, analyzing historic materials and structures, developing preservation plans and specifications, and overseeing the implementation of restoration projects. You will also work closely with clients to ensure that their historic buildings are maintained in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

This position requires a degree in Architecture or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in historic preservation, and strong knowledge of building materials and techniques. Salary is $1400 per month with part-time hours. Accommodation and visa sponsorship are provided for qualified candidates.
