Artisan Talent is seeking a Presentation Designer for a 6-month contract in Chicago (hybrid). You will craft executive-level presentations for conferences and keynotes, translating data and talking points into clear visual narratives within an established brand system.

Strong motion design skills in After Effects and expert-level command of Keynote and PowerPoint are required, with a portfolio of high-end decks.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years designing presentations in-house or at an agency, with executive- or stage-level work.
• Advanced command of Keynote and PowerPoint — real craft in them, not just familiarity.
• Motion design capability: After Effects, or equivalent.
• Brand design fluency — you can work inside a system and know when to stretch it.
• A photography- and typography-led visual sensibility; this is not an illustration role.
• Experience designing for large-format and looping screen environments, or clear transferable work.
• Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (confirm with client).
• Ability to move fast on executive timelines without dropping craft.

Responsabilités

• Design executive-level presentations for conference and keynote stages, from narrative structure through final build.
• Design sponsorship and event presentations for large-format screens, including looping content built to hold attention without a presenter.
• Bring motion into the work — transitions, builds, kinetic typography, and looping sequences that feel native to the brand rather than applied on top.
• Translate raw content (decks, talking points, data) into clear visual narratives.
• Work within and extend an established brand system across layout, type, color, and photography.
• Art direct photography selection, cropping, and treatment to carry the visual load.
• Partner with brand design, marketing, and event teams on timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare files to spec for a range of stage and screen formats and resolutions.
• Maintain templates and reusable components so the team’s presentation work stays consistent.
