Who you are:

• 5+ years of professional design in presentation and office document design
• You are a true SME in presentation design. This role is not for someone that designs presentations occasionally or not as their main role
• You have deep attention to detail, care about quality and understand the technical elements of PowerPoint design, and document design.
• Experienced giving structured design feedback and critiques (e.g. creative direction, design reviews).
• Strategic thinking around communication, visual storytelling and making content digestible

What You'll Do:

• Craft world class slides (natively in Power Point) from scratch
• Review existing slides, critiquing them and figuring out how to improve them
• Craft creative briefs to generate new presentations/documents with AI models, and critiquing them across various iterations of design.
