We are looking for a highly skilled Presentation Designer to join the Tendem project (https://tendem.ai/) and drive specialized storytelling workflows within our hybrid AI + human system.

In this role, you'll collaborate with Tendem Agents that handle repetitive tasks, while you provide the critical thinking, domain expertise, and formatting skills necessary to deliver beautifully designed, high-stakes presentations.

• Enforce a polished, persuasive, and premium corporate‑meets‑creative style across all deliverables.
• Execute formatting quality standards through meticulous validation of visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery.

What We Look For

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is desirable.
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in presentation design or a related field, with a portfolio of high-quality decks (not basic templates).
• Strong skills in PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar tools, including building clean and well-structured presentations.
• Experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma.
• Ability to turn complex ideas or data into clear and visually appealing slides.
• Understanding of basic design principles: layout, typography, and simple animations.
• Good sense of what looks "premium" vs average in presentations.

Project time expectations

Payment
