Job summary

micro1 is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist contractor to support a customer project spanning graphic design, multimedia, UI/UX, and motion graphics. You will critique AI-generated outputs and supply high-quality human feedback for AI training.

You'll work remotely with global teams, using Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, and related tools to assess composition, typography, layout, and user experience, delivering clear annotations and timely results.

Qualifications

• Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required.
• Experience only using AI tools to create content does not meet this requirement.
• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX or related creative fields is preferred.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• No formal degree required; practical creative experience is valued.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and readiness to begin promptly.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
