Job summary

Providence is seeking a Pharmacy Support professional to handle prescription renewal requests. This on-site role collaborates with pharmacy services and providers to ensure accurate refills and excellent patient service.

You will liaise with patients, physicians, and pharmacies to coordinate renewals and maintain care continuity. The ideal candidate has a California Pharmacy Technician License, a high school diploma or GED, and at least two years of pharmacy tech experience.

This position plays a key role in maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction by providing patients with exceptional customer service and serving as the liaison between patients, physicians and pharmacies.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
