Job summary

Lyra is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide evidence-based mental health treatment, conduct evaluations, and manage medications across a full patient panel. You will develop patient-centered plans, document recommendations, and refer to therapy as needed.

The role emphasizes safe, guideline-based prescribing, ongoing follow-up, and collaboration within Lyra’s connected provider network while delivering culturally responsive care to diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or ARC-PA PA with PANCE.
• Preference for psychiatry certifications or fellowships, or related certificates.
• Unrestricted state license.
• Minimum of 2 years in practice.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Preference for experience with minors.
• Ability to provide care across diagnoses and severity levels.
• Full-time US resident.

• Graduate from an accredited (CCNE) Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program; OR graduate from an accredited PA program (ARC-PA) with certification through PANCE
• Preference for Certificate of Added Qualifications in psychiatry, post-graduate fellowship in psychiatry, or other academic psychiatry certificate program completion, including a Doctor of Medical Science with Psychiatry concentration
• Unrestricted state license
• Minimum of 2 years in practice
• Strong preference for an active DEA license
• Preference for additional certification or clinical experience with minors
• Ability to provide care to patients with a full range of diagnoses, clinical complexity, and severity levels
• Full-time resident of the United States
