Primrose School of East Brunswick is seeking a Preschool/Pre-K Teacher to guide young minds through the Balanced Learning Curriculum, preparing them for Kindergarten. As a Preschool/Pre‑K Teacher at The Primrose School of East Brunswick, you will help young minds explore, discover and understand the world around them by implementing the Balanced Learning Curriculum and prepare the young children for Kindergarten.

Responsibilities

• Overall supervision and daily class functions of children in the Preschool/Pre‑K classroom
• Observes all rules and regulations at The Primrose School of East Brunswick and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children.
• Assesses each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis and prepare them for Pre‑K/Kindergarten.
• Implement STEAM, Creative Arts from the Balanced Learning Curriculum on a daily basis.
• Implements the approved lesson plans and follow daily classroom schedule.

Qualifications

• Childcare experience preferred teaching with ages 3 and up
• Degree or Certification in Education or related fields is preferred but not required
• 8:30‑5:30 or 9:00‑6:00 shifts available; dependent on availability
• $16‑$18 per hour (based on experience and education)
