We are seeking experienced educators to join our talented team, where we inspire children to be lifelong learners through our play-based curriculum. Our affectionate and nurturing staff ensure that our children gain the knowledge to succeed. We are looking for candidates passionate about the growth and development of children.
Currently, we operate in Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Maryland, with plans to expand our network of schools. We need talented Teachers, part-time or full-time, to join our team as we promote from within and advance staff in their careers.
All Teachers are expected to plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities that promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children. You will prepare children for kindergarten by easing their transition from infancy to school age using our curriculum. Responsibilities also include assisting with daily care such as feeding, changing, and nap time. Maintaining open communication with parents and team members via our Classroom Management system is essential. Lead Teachers will oversee classroom management, design lesson plans, and fulfill requests from the Assistant Director or Director.

Most states require you to be 18 years or older under licensing standards; some states accept 16. A high school diploma or GED is required for Teacher positions, with a minimum of 6 months of experience or related degree/certification for Assistant Director roles and above. Some states may require Director credentials under licensing standards.
