We are looking for experienced educators to join our talented team where we inspire children to be lifelong learners through our play-based curriculum. Our affectionate and nurturing staff ensure that our children are instilled with the knowledge to succeed. We are looking for candidates that are as passionate about the growth and development of children as we are.

We are currently located in Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Maryland with continued plans to expand our network of schools. We need talented Teachers to join our team, part-time or full-time, as we continue to promote from within and move staff up in their Career Path.

All Teachers are expected to plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities designed to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children. You will prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education from infancy to school age using our provided curriculum. You will also assist in daily daycare activities such as feeding, changing, and nap time. You will maintain interactive and open communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system. Lead Teachers will also oversee classroom management, design lesson plans, and fulfill requests made by the Assistant Director/Director.

We also have FT Floating Teacher positions in each Region where you will travel between local schools, work 4-day work weeks, and receive a shift differential. Requirements: Most States require you to be 18 years or older under Licensing standards. Some States will accept 16 years old. Must have a high school diploma or GED for Teacher positions and a minimum of 6 months experience or related degree/certification for Assistant Director role and above. Some states require Director Credentials under Licensing standards.
