Kamaʻāina Kids in Kailua seeks Preschool & Toddler Aides to support daily activities and learning through play. You’ll help littlest keiki discover, sing, read, and explore in a warm, supportive environment. We offer a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule, training, and opportunities to grow into teacher roles.

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a high school diploma or GED.
Be dependable and ready to learn.
Have patience, energy, and a genuine love for working with young children.

Responsibilities

Assist daily activities and learning through play, songs, reading, and art.
Support teachers in classroom routines and transitions.
Encourage sharing, communication, and social interactions among children.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.
Provide comfort and encouragement during challenging mornings or moments.
