Job summary

The Research Foundation of The City University of New York (RFCUNY) is seeking an experienced Assistant Teacher for the Child Development and Learning Center at The Graduate Center. The successful candidate will assist in one preschool classroom, helping provide a safe, engaging, and supportive early childhood environment for children of Graduate Center students, faculty, and staff.

High school diploma or GED is required, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting preschool children in a classroom setting.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and support learning goals.
• Strong communication and teamwork with teachers and families.

Responsibilities

• Support lead teacher in daily classroom activities.
