NEMCSA is seeking a Preschool Teaching Assistant to help create a safe, engaging classroom where children can learn, grow, and prepare for kindergarten success. You will support development across social, emotional, language, cognitive, and physical domains in a nurturing, inclusive setting.

You will partner with families, assist with activities and daily operations, and collaborate with teachers to meet school readiness goals.

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field, or valid CDA credential.
• Strong communication with families and team members.

What You'll Do

As a Preschool Teaching Assistant, you'll help create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom where children can learn, grow, and build the skills they need for kindergarten success. In this role, you will:

Requirements

What we will love about you:

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field,or a valid CDA credential.
• Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete TS GOLD Inter-rater Reliability certification within one year of hire and maintain certification as required.
