Job summary

Arrow Christian Preschool in Raleigh, NC is seeking an energetic Preschool Teacher to join our Christ-centered team and teach The Experience Curriculum. The role requires a genuine love for children, strong communication skills, and a passion for early childhood education.

You will foster a nurturing classroom, support holistic development, and collaborate with parents and staff in a faith-based setting. Prior experience with The Experience Curriculum is a plus.

Qualifications

• EDU 119 with 3 years of experience in early childhood education.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, ECE, Psychology, or Social Work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate and energetic.

Responsibilities

• Implement and teach The Experience Curriculum effectively (Exper. A plus).
• Foster a nurturing, Christ-centered classroom environment.
• Support children’s social, emotional, spiritual, and academic growth.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, staff, and administration.

• Highly motivated and energetic

Compensation

Pay Rate: $19-$21 per hour (based on education and experience)
