Job summary

Resurrection Lutheran Ministries in Brentwood is seeking a qualified and committed preschool teacher. The role involves providing a nurturing and Christian-based learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, implementing a comprehensive curriculum that includes language, math, and Bible stories.

The ideal candidate will encourage academic and physical excellence, nurture social growth, and work collaboratively with families and staff. A strong background in early childhood education is essential, along with relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have infant/toddler experience and qualifications.
• Must have preschool experience and qualifications.
• CPR and first aid certification required.
• Fingerprint clearance is necessary.

• Provide children with opportunities to explore and discover.
• Encourage children to excel academically and physically.
• Nurture social and emotional growth.
• Work as a team with other teachers and staff.
• Communicate and work with children’s families.
• Teach daily bible lessons.

Wee Care is a pre-school and child-development center, providing a loving and safe, Christian-based environment for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Our curriculum includes language, math, science, Bible stories, practical life, art, blocks, manipulatives, dramatic play, children’s discovery and outside play. We provide opportunities to explore and discover, promote independence with choices, and create a sense of responsibility within our children. We are seeking a qualified, experienced, fun-loving and committed teacher who is qualified for preschool and infant/toddler classrooms.
