Georgetown Hill Early School is seeking Assistant Teachers for Twos & Threes at our Hood College/Frederick site. You will support the Lead Teacher, help create a safe, loving classroom, and float between rooms to adapt to daily needs. This role is ideal for growing toward leading your own classroom.

We value reliability, teamwork, and strong communication as you help nurture young learners within our Maryland-based program.

Qualificações

• MSDE 90hr Preschool Certificate or CDA Certification with Preschool Endorsement (minimum).
• Preschool experience of 1–3 years.
• A team-first attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
• Good communication skills and a calm, friendly presence.
• Reliability and punctuality you take seriously.

Good to Know

Per Maryland State Department of Education Office of Child Care regulations, all applicants must pass a state and federal background check as a condition of employment. Applicants for our federal center campuses must also receive GSA security clearance through a government background screening.
