Acquire4Hire LLC seeks an Early Childhood Educator to foster a safe, developmentally appropriate learning environment in Waterbury, CT, ensuring school readiness and compliance with CT OEC, NAEYC, and Early Start CT requirements.

You will plan curriculum, assess progress, partner with families, supervise staff, and engage in ongoing professional development while maintaining high-quality early childhood services.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in ECE is required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in ECE or related field, or a Bachelor's with 12 defined foundational ECE credits per CT OEC.

Responsibilities

• Provides active supervision to ensure health, safety, and well-being of children.
• Plans and implements developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily learning experiences.
• Assesses children's progress using approved curriculum assessment systems.
• Maintains accurate child records and documentation.
• Provides guidance and supervision toAssistant Teachers and staff.
• Conducts parent-teacher conferences and family meetings.
• Supports family engagement and community resource information.
• Maintains a clean, safe, organized classroom environment.

Education
