Shirlee Green Preschool in St. Louis, MO seeks a 3-4's teacher to collaboratively support children’s play, exploration, inquiry, and creative/critical thinking. Join a progressive school for young children in a team-teaching setting focused on project-based learning.

The position offers full-time hours 8am-4pm, M-F, with benefits including sick and vacation leave, medical, dental/vision, a 403b retirement plan, and tuition discounts.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree, ECE degree or equivalent education preferred.
• Early Childhood experience necessary, 3+ years working with preschool children.
• Team Oriented with strong communication skills.
• Experience with Reggio Emilio, Outdoor Education or Project-Based Learning a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate preschool activities.
• Collaborate with teaching team to support children's play, exploration, inquiry, and thinking.
• Engage in project-based learning and outdoor education initiatives.
• Create nurturing learning environment and document children's progress.
