Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with at least six courses in Early Childhood Education.
• New Jersey Preschool–Grade 3 (P-3) Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing (CEAS) or Standard Certificate; provisional certification pathway available.
• Required Clearances: completion of physical examination and background checks.
• Transportation: valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Travel up to 10% locally for work-related meetings and functions.

• Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that spark curiosity and support children’s growth.
• Adapt learning experiences to meet individual needs and celebrate developmental milestones.
• Build strong family partnerships to support children’s learning at school and at home.

To Qualify, Candidates Must Meet The Following Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with at least six courses in Early Childhood Education.
• Certification: New Jersey Preschool–Grade 3 (P-3) Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing (CEAS) or Standard Certificate. Candidates pursuing provisional certification must meet applicable state eligibility requirements.
• Required Clearances: Completion of required physical examination and background checks.
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.
• Travel: Ability to travel locally or long-distance for work‑related meetings and functions, up to 10% of the time.
