• Lead teacher credentials approved by state licensing agency.
• Knowledge of developmental stages and childcare licensing requirements.
• Strong classroom management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Patient and flexible approach to working with preschool children.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative, developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Create warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe and valued.
