Qualifications

• 12 semester ECE units or a bachelor's in Child Development.
• CDA is preferred for applicants.
• Patience, compassion and love for working with young children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Prior early childhood teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and implement age-appropriate curriculum focused on literacy and math.
• Nurture a curious, confident classroom culture for each child.
• Balance structured activities with playful, developmentally appropriate learning.
• Collaborate with educators and school leaders to align with goals.
• Maintain active communication with families through updates and conferences.
• Ensure health, safety, licensing and developmental standards compliance.
