Qualifications

• Rule 3 teacher qualified.
• Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practice.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and classroom-management skills.
• Ability to work respectfully and responsively with children, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment aligned with district and state early learning standards.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and assessments.
• Support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of preschool-aged children.
• Foster strong partnerships with families through communication, conferences, and ongoing collaboration.
• Work effectively with classroom staff, specialists, and administrators.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with licensing and district requirements.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive team culture.
