Job summary

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications if not already met.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and working indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum ensuring it matches each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Engage with parents to share updates and collaborate on child care.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
