Qualifications

• Montessori Certification (AMS or AMI required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of Texas Minimum Standards for Childcare Licensing (a plus).
• Experience working in an early childhood or preschool setting.
• Strong communication, observation and classroom management skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
