The Learning Experience #503 in Stepney, CT is seeking a Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will create a safe, nurturing environment and deliver the LEAP curriculum to preschool learners, helping children learn, play, grow, and thrive.

Qualifications

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
• Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the L.E.A.P curriculum with engaging characters to make learning fun at TLE.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to create a dynamic play-and-learn environment.
• Regularly communicate with parents about children's adventures and milestones via apps and discussions.
