Cadence Education in Wisconsin is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to support daily classroom operations and implement Cadence programs in a licensed childcare center. You will foster a safe, nurturing environment that supports physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety procedures and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families; build welcoming relationships.
• Identify and respond to individual developmental and learning needs, including following IEPs when applicable.
• Support planning and delivery of Cadence Signature Programs and curriculum.
• Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and leadership using approved tools.
• Follow safety and supervision policies and document incidents as required.
• Support behavior management aligned with Cadence policies.
• Adhere to company policies and participate in required meetings and trainings.
