Learning Care is seeking a Lead Teacher for our preschool program, dedicated to inspiring lifelong learners and supporting families. You will create engaging, age-appropriate lessons, mentor fellow Teachers, and help foster a warm, collaborative classroom community.

You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum with adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards, and build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.

Formación

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilidades

• Create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.
