Job summary

Primrose School of Mt. Juliet seeks a caring Preschool Teacher to provide a safe, engaging environment for 3- and 4-year-olds. You will follow our Balanced Learning curriculum, meet children at their level, and guide them through small-group instruction to build confidence and understanding.

You will work with a paired co-teacher, prepare materials, and utilize an Education Coach to grow professionally. Our classroom is fully stocked to support daily activities and exploration.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong patience and desire to nurture young children.
• Experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred.
• Must meet required state background check.
• Ability to use iPad to enter daily logs and messages to parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Balanced Learning curriculum with daily lesson plans.
• Collaborate with a co-teacher to execute plans.
• Prepare classroom materials and organize engaging activities.
• Rely on an Education Coach for skill development and growth.
• Maintain a fully stocked, well-equipped classroom.
