Primrose School of Mt. Juliet seeks a caring Preschool Teacher to provide a safe, engaging environment for 3- and 4-year-olds. You will follow our Balanced Learning curriculum, meet children at their level, and guide them through small-group instruction to build confidence and understanding.

You will work with a paired co-teacher, prepare materials, and utilize an Education Coach to grow professionally. Our classroom is fully stocked to support daily activities and exploration.

Qualificações

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong patience and desire to nurture young children.
• Experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred.
• Must meet required state background check.
• Ability to use iPad to enter daily logs and messages to parents.

As a Preschool Teacher at the Primrose School of Mt. Juliet, you will provide your 3- and 4-year-old students a fun, safe environment for students to discover new concepts with confidence. Using our provided daily schedule and research informed curriculum, you will have an opportunity to meet each child at their individual level and help guide them through small group instruction as they grow in their ability to absorb new content and understand increasingly complex information.

• Curriculum with clear daily plans, necessary resources, and support so you can focus your time in the classroom on forming connections with the children—and spend your time outside of school focused on yourself.
• Carefully paired co-teacher who complements your teaching style
