Cadence Education in Richwood, KY is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will support daily classroom operations, implement Cadence programs, and foster a safe, nurturing environment for children, including those with IEPs.

Responsibilities include welcoming families, assisting with developmentally appropriate activities, and collaborating with the Lead Teacher. We offer full-time status, extensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and CDA tuition reimbursement.

Formación

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education is welcome.
• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a licensed childcare center.

Responsabilidades

• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families daily and build professional relationships.
• Assist in identifying and addressing individual developmental and learning needs (IEPs).
• Support Lead Teacher with curriculum planning and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate professionally with families and colleagues using approved tools.
• Follow Safety and Supervision Manual and document incidents as required.
• Assist in managing child behaviors per Cadence policies and classroom expectations.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development.
