Job summary

Cadence Education in Austell, GA is seeking a Preschool Teacher to support daily classroom operations and implement Cadence Education programs. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment and build positive relationships with children and families while following licensing requirements.

The role requires the ability to support individualized learning, follow IEPs, collaborate with Lead Teacher, and participate in meetings and professional development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment for young children.
• Greet families daily and establish welcoming relationships.
• Assist in recognizing individual developmental and learning needs, including IEPs.
• Support Lead Teacher in planning and implementing curriculum and programs Cadence Signature.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff using approved tools.
• Follow the Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and report incidents.
