Responsibilities

• Plans and implements developmentally appropriate lesson plans per NAEYC standards.
• Develops relationships with students and manages behavior per NAEYC standards.
• Provides culturally and linguistically responsive teaching.
• Engages families and documents progress using Procare.
• Maintains professionalism: timeliness, attendance, communication, attire.
• Completes 25 professional development hours annually.
