The Learning Experience - Round Rock is seeking an Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team. This entry-level role focuses on helping children learn, play, grow, and thrive in a positive, engaging classroom environment.

You will partner with fellow teachers to implement our curriculum, maintain safety and quality standards, and communicate with families about their child’s adventures and progress using various channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; ECE coursework preferred.
• State licensing requirements must be met where applicable.
• Genuine passion for education and care of children.

Responsibilities

• Partner with other preschool teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and create a fun, engaging learning environment for children.
• Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards in daycare classrooms and programs.
• Collaborate with peers to create a welcoming daycare space for children and families.
• Communicate with parents about their child’s activities and progress via apps and discussions.
