The Learning Experience #283 is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will support early childhood education by helping children learn, play, and grow in a safe, engaging classroom.

Responsibilities include implementing our curriculum with the support of fellow teachers, maintaining health and safety standards, communicating with parents about their children's adventures, and contributing to a welcoming daycare environment for every child.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; ECE coursework preferred.
• Commitment to creating a positive learning environment for young children.
• Meet any applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with other preschool teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and create a fun learning space for children.
• Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards in daycare classrooms.
• Collaborate with peers to create a welcoming and engaging daycare environment for children.
• Communicate with parents and families about their child's progress and adventures through apps and personal discussions.
