The Learning Experience - Morristown, NJ is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will create a safe, nurturing learning environment and implement the L.E.A.P curriculum to engage preschool children, helping them learn, grow, and thrive.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months (required) and an associate degree or higher in ECE or related field. State licensing requirements apply.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months of professional teaching experience required.
• There are applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters to make learning fun.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to foster a joyful learning atmosphere.
• Communicate with parents about children’s progress through apps and discussions.
