• Conduct home visits to understand each child's context.
• Hold parent-teacher conferences twice yearly.
• Prepare narrative progress summaries for each child.
• Support social-emotional development with respectful practices.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom valuing diversity.
• Participate in faculty meetings and school events.
