Soaring Eagles Preschool Llc in Florida is seeking an energetic Preschool Teacher Driver to lead a class of young learners through the school year, assess progress, and tailor activities to meet individual and group needs.

You will foster a joyful, inclusive classroom, partner with families, and support early childhood development with play-based learning, strong communication, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma minimum
• Experience working with preschool-age children
• Understanding of child development and best practices in ECE
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• CDA, associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroomwhere kids can explore and grow
• Develop and implement fun, age-appropriate lesson
• Lesson plans that spark curiosity and creativity
• Sing songs, read stories, build block towers (and friendships)
• Partner with families to support each child’s development
• Lead with love, patience, and a whole lot of play-based learning
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines Problem-solving and mediation skills.

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Preschool Teacher Driver to join our team! You will be leading a class of students through the school year, assessing their current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students’ collective and individual needs.
