The Learning Experience in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to lead a class through the school year, design engaging instruction, and monitor student progress with a focus on individual growth and development.

You will create a warm, structured classroom environment, use varied teaching methods, and collaborate with parents and staff to support student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and state teaching certification.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines.
• Problem-solving and mediation skills.
