• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Child Development Associate credential or 30 hours of college credit in ECE.
• One year of experience in a licensed child care facility.

Responsibilities

• Create developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Provide supervision during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, and transitions.
• Support potty training and age-appropriate self-help skills.
