BrightPath Kids in Redding, CT is hiring a part-time Teacher Assistant to work 1:00 PM–6:00 PM, with no evenings or weekends. You’ll team with teachers and families to provide a home away from home for children aged 6 weeks through 12 years, following NAEYC guidelines and BrightPath standards. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks–12 years.
• Assist teachers with instruction in the classroom.
• Decorate classrooms as needed.
• Maintain a warm, safe, clean environment.
