St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Preschool in Pembroke Pines, Florida has an opening for a Full-Time Preschool Teacher Aide for the 2025- 2026 school year. The applicant must be nurturing, creative and a dedicated professional with the ability to support the learning environment, cultivate critical thinking skills, work collaboratively as part of a team, and lead small group lessons. The candidate performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have Department of Children and Family (DCF) 45-hour training.
• DCF level 2 background screening.
• CPR First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience with early childhood students preferred.
• Efficient presentation skills with use of instructional technologies.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; PowerPoint a plus.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills, including clear speaking voice.
• Good spelling and grammar are required.
